Do you have a storefront?

We are based on the West Coast, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, but we do not have a showroom at this time. All of our pieces are sold exclusively through our website at www.candacechand.com

Do you take returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Shipment times vary by item and delivery location. For in stock items, we ship out in 48 hours. For made to order items, please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.

Where do you ship?
We are a global provider. Shipping is available in Canada and to over 150 international locations. Please note that all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. This is charged by your country’s customs and is required to be paid upon delivery direct to the carrier. Payment of customs & duty if charged is necessary to release your order from customs. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order.

What are your shipping fees?
In order to avoid any surprises and provide an affordable experience to all our clients. We charge a flat rate shipping & handling fee for both Canada and international clients. 
Canada & US – We charge a flat rate shipping & handling of $25.
International – We charge a flat rate shipping & handling of $40.

Is it safe to use my credit card on candacechand.com?
IWe accept payments through a secure online server as our client’s privacy is top of mind for us. We have integrated one of the best payments solution providers to give a secured shopping experience.

What if I am unsure about my size?
Our sarees come with semi stitched blouses so you can have them sewn to your size and pattern choices. For our Indo Western outfits, we recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations from your local tailor.

Are your garments manufactured ethically?
Without a doubt. We're proud to say we only work with the best.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
´╗┐While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, the color may appear slightly different on your screen than the actual outfit.
