Do you have a storefront?
We are based on the West Coast, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, but we do not have a showroom at this time. All of our pieces are sold exclusively through our website at www.candacechand.com

Do you take returns and exchanges?
Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
Shipment times vary by item and delivery location. For in stock items, we ship out in 48 hours. For made to order items, please allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery.

Where do you ship?
We are a global provider. Shipping is available in Canada and to over 150 international locations. Please note that all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. This is charged by your country’s customs and is required to be paid upon delivery direct to the carrier. Payment of customs & duty if charged is necessary to release your order from customs. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order.

What are your shipping fees?
All shopping prices are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All the rates are pulled directly from Canada Post in realtime. We do not profit off shipping rates.

What if I am unsure about my size?
Most of our sarees come with unstitched blouse pieces so you can have them sewn to your size and pattern choices. For some of our outfits that are sewn to size (stated in the description of the item), please refer to our size chart below. We recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations from your local tailor.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
